Change Password

Step 1:

Go to www.assistedrides.com & click on the “Launch Assisted Rides” button

Step 2:

A window will open and you will click the “Change Password” button

Step 3:

A new window will open and ask for the User Id that was sent to you through email.

Step 4:

If it is your first time logging in, you will be asked to provide the email we have on file. Click OK

Step 5:

Type in your email address and then type in the New Password you would like to use. Make sure it is at least 8 characters long. (For example: johndoe123). Next, click “Change Password.”

Step 6:

Message will pop up and read “Password Successfully Changed”. Click “OK” and then “Close.”

Step 7:

You are now ready to Login to your volunteer account to view all “pending rides” and start “self assigning” to rides that fit into your schedule! Happy assigning!
