You will tone, build muscle strength and increase stamina in this class. You can stand or sit in this class. There are some exercises that are best done while standing but can be modified for sitting. We even do a seated cardio warm-up for a healthy heart. Supplies needed: Pair of Dumbells 1 – 3 pounds. Maximum recommendation is 5 pounds.
